Do not proceed to return without contacting us first. We may solve the problem remotely, even without returning the products.
The amount of the order will not be refunded if the product(s) received has been opened and used. Refund can only be honored if the product(s) are returned undamaged.
Any paid order will be delivered within 3-5 business days. After delivery, unfortunately we will not be able to cancel it!
